Registrations are now open!
We remind you that only ESHET members can complete their registration. Please visit the ESHET website at https://www.eshet.net/ and log in. Verify that you are an "active member"; otherwise, the website will prompt you to "complete your membership".
Then, log in to the conference website (https://www.eshet-conference.net/torino) to register. Please note that the email account used must be the same for both the ESHET website and the Conference website.
A menu will appear at the top of the page, displaying your profile, submissions, and registration options. Select "Conference registration" and follow the instructions.
Registration Fees
Regular Fee
- From March 12th to April 22nd, you can register at the early bird price of 260€.
- From April 23rd to May 22nd, the fee will be 320€.
Students and Citizens from Lower-Income Countries
- From March 12th to April 22nd, you can register at the early bird price of 125€.
- From April 23rd to May 22nd, the fee will be 160€.
Please note:
- No registration for online participation is available this year
- The registration fee does not include the gala dinner on Friday, May 23rd (100€)
- There is no further charge for the cultural activities
- The PayPal receipt you receive will indicate a payment made to 'Decathlon Srl' (the agency responsible for processing payments).
