We have made a selection of rooms available in Moncloa, near the Gala Dinner and public transport to the Complutense University. You can view a map showing the location of these hotels in relation to the Conference and find detailed information about each one.
Please be sure to be acknowledged as a participant to "the ESHET Conference 2018".
Room rates have been agreed by the Conference organizers with the hotels. However, they might change as Conference dates approach.
Hotel rooms will not be charged in advance; however, you will need to provide your credit card details to secure the booking. In most cases, you have the possibility to cancel up to 48 hrs prior to arrival. Nevertheless, you should check this with hotel staff when you make your reservation, as some hotel policies require up to 6 days' notice before arrival. Please note that discounted room rates are not refundable in many hotels.

5. EXE MONCLOA, Arcipreste de Hita 10. Very near the bus that takes to the Campus, but by now without special rates for the ESHET conference.
